SHIPPING INFO
LootKraft is dedicated to providing the best shipping experience possible, so each handmade order is packed with care and shipped with Tracking and Insurance to USA, Canada, and Worldwide via Canada Post Tracked Packet.
All frames are Made-To-Order (MOA), and are made in the order they're received. Typical wait times between purchase and shipping out are 3-5 business days.
Currently we are shipping Worldwide with few exceptions. If Canada Post can ship a Tracked Packet there, we'll send it!
RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Returns and Refunds - Unopened, un-damaged products may be returned and refunded, minus a 3% fee for the transaction fee from the original purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping and cost.
Made-To-Order or customized products are not eligible for returns.
Limited Edition drops are Final Sale.
Cancellations - Once an order is received, it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure what you're ordering is what you want.
NOTE - If you've received a product damaged in transit, or are unhappy about an order, please send a message with your concerns using our Contact Us form. We'll try our best to make it right!

An Affiliate Registry is in the works, until then prospective Affiliates can use the Message form to send the following:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Social Media username(s) and platform(s) ex: Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Qualified Affiliate Members will receive their own Coupon Code that can be used on LootKraft.com and the LootKraft Etsy shop for 10% Off at checkout.
A commission of 15% will be awarded to Affiliate Members every time their code is used, paid out monthly.
